The schedule for Friday's games in the Pepsi/Johhny Quik Classic have finally
been set. Fresno State defeated Portland 10-3 in last night's 7:00 game to
move into a matchup with North Carolina on Friday at 7:00pm (10:00 E.S.T).
Most fans here in Fresno had hoped that UNC and Fresno State would meet in the
championship game on Saturday evening, but an early loss by the Bulldogs to
Gonzaga derailed that scenario. Following are the matchups for all four games
on Friday and a schedule for Saturday's Championship Round. All times
Pacific. (Eastern Standard Time in parenthesis)
