Carolina Baseball Travel Information

Travel: The team will use the following itinerary:
Depart RDU International Wednesday, May 26 on American Flight at 2:24 p.m.
One stop at DFW, but no plane change.
** Parents and fans may call Horizon Travel in Durham, N.C. at
1-800-672-5737 as they have a round trip ticket to San Jose or
San Francisco for $479 that departs RDU early Friday morning and
returns on Monday morning. (Ask to speak with Barbara) This plan should
have you arrive in time for the first game of the regional on
Friday evening. San Jose airport is approximately 20 minutes from
Stanford University, and San Francisco is approximately 40 minutes out.
Other rates have proven to be higher than this.

Tickets: Carolina will be allocated a block of tickets for
parents and fans wishing to accompany the team to Stanford. To obtain these
tickets,please call the Cardinal ticket office at 1-800-BEATCAL.

Arrive San Jose at 6:41 p.m. PDT
Depart San Jose Sunday, May 30 on American Flight at
11:00 p.m. PDT. Change planes at Chicago OHare.
Arrive RDU International at 9:05 a.m. (EDT) Monday, May 31
$89.00 rate for fans of Carolina baseball. You must ask for
the Carolina Baseball rate. The normal rate for this hotel is well over
$300.00 per night. It is a four star, four diamond facility within ten
minutes of the stadium.
