No. 2 Women's Lacrosse Opens 1999 Season Tuesday

CHAPEL HILL, N.C.- The University of North Carolina women's lacrosse team, ranked #2 in the preseason Brine/IWLCA poll, will open its 1999 season on Tuesday against the fourth-ranked James Madison Dukes.
The game will be played at Fetzer Field beginning at 4 p.m. Admission is $3 for adults and $1 for children. UNC students are admitted free with their ID's.
North Carolina returns 10 of 12 starters from a team which reached the NCAA Final Four last year for the second straight year.
