New Concessions Hit Boshamer This Weekend

Along with the great baseball action in store for fans this weekend in Chapel Hill as the No. 6 Tar Heels host NC State for a three-game series, a variety of new concessions will be available at beautiful Boshamer Stadium. The series begins with a Friday afternoon matchup between the two ACC rivals, with the first pitch slated for 3 p.m. Saturday's game time is 1 p.m., while the series finale is scheduled for 1:30 p.m.
Among the items concessions head Roy Lasater has in store for Tar Heel fans on the Sundays of the NC State, Clemson and Florida State series are funnel cakes, pizza by the slice and fresh grilled sandwiches and hot dogs.
The "RBI Chicken Sandwich," a fresh 5-ounce boneless grilled chicken sandwich, will be available for $4. Likewise, Lasater and his staff will also be grilling "Grand Slam Burgers," 5-ounce all-beef hamburgers for $4. Tasty "Dugout Dogs" will be available for $2 each. Domino's will be providing pizza slices for $2 apiece.
Fans of all ages are encouraged to come out in the nice Chapel Hill weather to enjoy the three-game series. Single-game ticket prices are as follows: $4 for adults, $2 for students and children under 12 are admitted for free.
