Tar Heel Women's Lacrosse Holds Youth Clinic

CHAPEL HILL, N.C. - The University of North Carolina women's lacrosse team will hold a youth lacrosse clinic on Sunday, March 12, after its game with Vanderbilt at Fetzer Field on the UNC campus. The Tar Heels, ranked No. 5 in the nation this week, will host the Commodores, ranked No. 17, at 1:00 p.m.
The clinic will start at approximately 3:00 p.m. and run for one hour. The event is free to children 13 and younger and is open to boys and girls. Lacrosse sticks are not required, but youths are encouraged to bring their own sticks if they have them.

The Tar Heels are 2-1 this season and are coming off a thrilling, 14-13 win over No. 1-ranked and five-time defending national champion Maryland last Sunday in Chapel Hill.
