Boyd And Monroe Conclude Play At ITA All-American

STONE MOUNTAIN, GA. - UNC doubles players Geoff Boyd and Nicholas Monroe concluded their play this past weekend in the Intercollegiate Tennis Association All-American Championships by splitting a pair of doubles matches in the consolation bracket of the main doubles draw.
Monroe and Boyd defeated the tandem of Green and Rutherford from the University of Wisconsin in the first round of consolation play by an 8-5 score. The Tar Heel duo was eliminated from the bracket in the second round as they lost a tight match to Calkins and Delic of Illinois by a count of 8-6.
