Ethan Albright
Center/Washington Redskins
After a miserable start to the season, the Redskins, behind Stephen Davis' first 100-yard game this season, won their third straight game yesterday, beating the Seahawks, 27-14.
Dre' Bly
Cornerback/St. Louis Rams
The Rams had a bye this week. Next Sunday they look to avoid another loss as they face off against the Panthers.
Na Brown
Wide Receiver/Philadelphia Eagles
rown did not catch any balls in the Eagles' 21-7 win over the Arizona Cardinals. Brown's season totals are seven catches for 95 yards.
Alge Crumpler
Tight End/Atlanta Falcons
Crumpler and the Falcons fell to the New England Patriots, 24-10. While Crumpler has recently been on a tear, he only caught two balls in the game for 20 yards, bringing his totals to 13 catches for 215 yards.
Russell Davis
Defensive Tackle/Arizona Cardinals
Davis recorded two tackles on Sunday, but the Cardinals couldn't get any offense going in a 21-7 loss to the Philadelphia Eagles. Through seven games, Davis has 26 tackles and a sack.
Kevin Donnalley
Offensive Guard/Carolina Panthers
In a game affected by high winds and rain, the Panthers lost to the Miami Dolphins, 23-6, the team's seventh loss in a row.
Deon Dyer
Fullback/Miami Dolphins
Although the Dolphins never really got much of a running game going against the Panthers on Sunday, they still handled Carolina easily in a 23-6 victory. Dyer, used primarily as a blocking back, has no stats in the season.
Ebenezer Ekuban
Defensive End/Dallas Cowboys
Ekuban and the Cowboys defeated lost in overtime to the New York Giants on Sunday, 27-24. Ekuban is recovering from an early season injury and has four tackles on the year.
Greg Ellis
Defensive End/Dallas Cowboys
Ellis had six tackles, a sack and a forced fumble on Sunday, but the Cowboys squandered a huge first half lead and lost to the Giants in overtime, 27-24. Ellis has 27 tackles, three sacks and a forced fumble through seven games for the Cowboys.
Bernardo Harris
Linebacker/Green Bay Packers
Harris had eight tackles and a half a sack as the Green Bay Packers pulled out a close one over the Buccaneers, 21-20. Through seven games, Harris has 45 tackles, one and a half sacks and one forced fumble on the year.
William Henderson
Fullback/Green Bay Packers
Henderson was used primarily as a blocking back on Sunday in the Packers' 21-20 win over Tampa Bay. Henderson has 11 yards on six carries and 99 yards on nine catches through seven games.
Jimmy Hitchcock
Cornerback/Carolina Panthers
Hitchcock and Panthers lost their seventh game in a row, this time to the Miami Dolphins, 23-6. Hitchcock had three tackles in the game bringing his total to 23 tackles with one interception on the year.
Sedrick Hodge
Linebacker/New Orleans Saints
Hodge saw little action in the Saints' 16-9 loss to the New York Jets. The rookie has played in seven games and has three tackles.
Vonnie Holliday
Defensive End/Green Bay Packers
Holliday had nine tackles and a sack in the Packers' 21-20 nail-bitter victory over the Tampa Bay Bucs. This season Holliday has 28 tackles and four sacks.
Leon Johnson
Running Back/Chicago Bears
Johnson was recently added to Chicago's 53-man roster. He started his NFL career with the New York Jets.
Freddie Jones
Tight End/San Diego Chargers
Jones caught three balls for 36 yards with one touchdown, but Doug Flutie suffered a concussion and the Chargers fell to the Kansas Chiefs, 25-20. Jones has 19 catches for 202 yards thus far, with three touchdowns.
Marcus Jones
Defensive End/Tampa Bay Buccaneers
The Bucs, in a close game throughout, lost to the Green Bay Packers 21-20. Jones finished with two tackles, upping his season totals to 15 tackles and two sacks.
Randy Jordan
Fullback/Oakland Raiders
Jordan and Raiders take on the Denver Broncos tonight in a key AFC showdown. Jordan should see more action tonight if Tyrone Wheatley, as expected, does not start. Through six games, Jordan has 11 carries for 59 yards and four catches for 32 yards.
Eddie Mason
Linebacker/Washington Redskins
The Redskins won their third game of the year on Sunday, beating the Redskins 27-14. Mason has four tackles on the season.
Mike Morton
Linebacker, Indianapolis Colts
Morton and the Colts beat the Buffalo Bills in a shootout, 30-14. Morton has one tackle through seven games.
Keith Newman
Linebacker/Buffalo Bills
Newman and the Bills lost to the Colts 30-14. Newman played well in the game, recording seven tackles with a sack, and he now has 24 tackles and a sack on the year.
Riddick Parker
Defensive Tackle/New England Patriots
Parker had one tackle in the Patriots' 24-10 win over the Falcons. This season he has 10 tackles and a sack.
Mike Pringley
Defensive End/San Diego Chargers
Pringley saw little time on Sunday, as the Chargers were upset by the Chiefs, 25-20.
Jeff Saturday
Center, Indianapolis Colts
The Colts offense stayed hot on Sunday, as Indy beat up on the Bills, 30-14.
Brian Simmons
Linebacker/Cincinnati Bengals
The Bengals had a bye this week. Next Sunday they face the Jacksonville Jaguars. Simmons' season totals are 32 tackles, three and a half sacks, an interception and a forced fumble.
Thomas Smith
Cornerback/Indianapolis Colts
Smith and the Colts defense held Rob Johnson in check in for much of the game, as the Colts beat the Bills 30-14. Smith had one tackle in the game and now has 11 on the year.
Brandon Spoon
Linebacker/Buffalo Bills
Spoon and the Bills defense had trouble containing Peyton Manning all day long, as the Bills fell to the Colts 30-14. Spoon has seen his playing time increase lately and with seven tackles brought his season tackle total to 18.
Bracey Walker
Safety/Kansas City Chiefs
The Chiefs won on Sunday, 25-20, beating the San Diego Chargers. Walker has one tackle for the 2001 season.
