Men's Tennis Prepares For Furman

Chapel Hill, NC - The North Carolina Men's Tennis program will match its 2-0 record against the Furman Paladins on Tuesday at 6:00 p.m. The match will be held at the Cone-Kenfield Tennis Center which is located off highway 54, behind the Friday Center.
The Tar Heels are currently undefeated against the Paladins in 29 meetings with a 28-0-1 record all-time. The Paladins, who compete in the Southern Conference, bring an impressive 3-0 record into Tuesday's match. Furman has defeated all three opponents by a 7-0 score. The Heels first two victories came with 7-0 and 6-1 wins.
The Heels will most likely keep their same lineup as last match. Against the Campbell Camels, Carolina played with #1 Marcio Petrone, #2 David Cheatwood, #3 Trystan Meniane, #4 Nicholas Monroe, #5 Chad Riley, and #6 Greg Archer. The doubles draw included #1 Petrone/Monroe, #2 Cheatwood/Meniane, and #3 Max Hilkey and Greg Archer.
