Times Announced For UNC's First Two Football Games

CHAPEL HILL ----- The first two game times of North Carolina's 2003 football season have been announced, including the season opener against Florida State which will be televised by ABC Sports.
The Tar Heels face defending Atlantic Coast Conference champion Florida State on Saturday, August 30 at 8 p.m. in Kenan Stadium. That game will be a split national broadcast on ABC.
The following week (Sept. 6), Carolina will play host to Syracuse at 1:30 p.m. That game will not be televised.
No other game times have been set.
