CHAPEL HILL, N.C. - Carolina football head coach John Bunting will be a featured guest at two Triangle area events next week. On Tuesday, July 29th, Coach Bunting will attend the Triangle Pigskin Preview at the Marriott RTP. Two days later on Thursday, August 1st, John Bunting will be at Hi5 on Glenwood Avenue in Raleigh to mingle with Tar Heel fans.
Coach Bunting will join other area college football coaches for the Triangle Pigskin Preview. This fast-paced luncheon will be held at the Marriott RTP, located at the intersection of I-40 and Miami Blvd. Registration begins at 11:30 a.m. and lunch is served at 12:00 p.m. Proceeds for this event go to support the Triangle Chapter of the National Football Foundation and College Hall of Fame. Tar Heel fans are also invited to join Coach Bunting and Mick Mixon Friday, August 1st, from 5-7 p.m. at Hi5 in Raleigh (located at 510 Glenwood Avenue). The third-year head coach will be on hand to meet Carolina fans and answer all of your questions about the 2003 football season. UNC General Alumni Association members who pre-register may attend at no cost. Non-members who pre-register can attend at $10/person. The registration deadline is Wednesday, July 30th.
