TAMPA, Fla. - Former Tar Heel standouts Danny Jackson and David Testo were both honored by the United Soccer Leagues on Sept. 11 when the A-League's 2003 All-League Teams were announced. The squds were voted on by the clubs' coaches and general managers.

Jackson earned first-team honors, while Testo brought home second-team accolades. Testo was also named the league's rookie of the year.
