CHAPEL HILL -- The University of North Carolina and Duke University will host the annual South of the Border women's lacrosse tournament on Saturday, Feb. 14, in Chapel Hill and Durham. The tournament is an annual warm-up for the regular season and traditionally attracts some of the finest teams on the East Coast and around the nation.

The Tar Heels, who went 7-9 last season and missed the NCAA Tournament for the first time in seven years, return their top eight scorers and nine starters from their 2003 squad.
