NFL Update: Week 14
Former Tar Heel Brian Simmons of the Cincinnati Bengals started at linebacker and had six tackles and three assists in the Bengals' 35-28 loss to the Patriots. Michael Waddell, cornerback for the Tennessee Titans, had three tackles, one interception and two pass deflections in the Titans' 49-38 loss to the Chiefs.

Sam Aiken, Buffalo Bills - Played wide receiver in the Bills' 37-7 victory over the Browns.
Ethan Albright, Washington Redskins - Played long snapper in the Redskins' 17-14 loss to the Eagles.
Dre' Bly, Detroit Lions - Started at cornerback and had two tackles, one assist and one pass deflection in the Lions' 16-13 loss to the Green Bay Packers.
Alge Crumpler, Atlanta Falcons - Started at tight end and had one reception for 22 yards in the Falcons' 24-21 victory over the Oakland Raiders.
Ronald Curry, Oakland Raiders - Not active.
Russel Davis, Arizona Cardinals - Started at nose tackle and had four tackles and four assists in the Cardinals' 31-28 loss to the San Francisco 49ers.
Ebenezer Ekuban, Cleveland Browns - Started at defensive end and had one tackle and two assists in the Browns' 37-7 loss the Bills.
Greg Ellis, Dallas Cowboys - Started at defensive end and have three tackles and one assist in the Cowboys' 27-13 loss to the New Orleans Saints.
William Henderson, Green Bay Packers - Started at fullback and had one reception for 11 yards and made two tackles on special teams in the Packers' 16-13 victory over the Detroit Lions.

Vonnie Holliday, Kansas City Chiefs - Not active.
Freddie Jones, Arizona Cardinals - Started at tight end and caught four passes for 34 yards in the Cardinals' 31-28 loss to the San Francisco 49ers.
Keith Newman, Minnesota Vikings - Started at linebacker and had three tackles in the Vikings' 27-23 loss to Seattle Seahawks.
Willie Parker, Pittsburgh Steelers - Played running back and had 14 yards on one carry in the Steelers' 17-6 victory over the New York Jets.
Julius Peppers, Carolina Panthers - Started at defensive end and tackles, two assist and one pass deflection in the Panthers' 20-7 victory over the Saint Louis Rams.
Jeff Reed, Pittsburgh Steelers - Started at kicker and made one field goal and two extra points in the Steelers' 16-7 victory over the New York Jets.
Dexter Reid, New England Patriots - Played at strong safety and had one tackle on Special Teams in the Patriots' 35-28 victory over the Bengals.
