Bilas & Williams To Host Continental Tire Bowl Luncheon

Charlotte, N.C. - ESPN's Jay Bilas and Gary Williams from WFNZ will host the 2004 Continental Tire Bowl Kickoff Luncheon, Raycom Sports and the Continental Tire Bowl announced. Bilas, who starred on the basketball court at Duke University, is one of the most respected television college analysts, while Williams, from the Morning Sports Page, is one of the foremost regional radio sports personalities.
The Kickoff Luncheon will take place on Wednesday, December 29 at noon at the Westin Hotel. The luncheon, which has open ticket sales to the public, promises lively discussion between Bilas, Williams, and the head coaches and top players from each team. With band and cheerleader performances also taking place, this promises to be one of the don't miss events for fans this year.
Tickets for the Kickoff Luncheon are $30 each and available through the Continental Tire Bowl ticket office at 1-800-618-8149 or online at www.continentaltirebowl.com College football's first bowl game to call the Carolinas home, the third-annual Continental Tire Bowl will take place on Thursday, December 30, 2004 at Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte, N.C., with a 1:00 p.m. kickoff. The game, certified to and operated by Charlotte-based Raycom Sports, will feature the University of North Carolina against Boston College.
Tickets are on sale for the Continental Tire Bowl. Upper Level Seats are priced at $27.50, and a very limited number of Lower Level seats available are $52.50. Club Level seats are $67.50 and only available now through ticket and sponsorship packages.
