NFL Update: Week 16
Former Tar Heel Michael Waddell of the Tennessee Titans started at cornerback and had nine tackles in the Titans' 37-16 loss to the Denver Broncos. Brian Simmons of the Cincinnati Bengals started at linebacker and had seven tackles, one pass deflection and forced one fumble and one assist on special teams in the Bengals' 23-22 victory over the New York Giants.
*Sam Aiken, Buffalo Bills - Played wide receiver and had one tackle on special teams in the Bills' 41-7 victory over the San Francisco 49ers.
*Ethan Albright, Washington Redskins - Played long snapper in the Redskins' 13-10 loss to the Dallas Cowboys.
*Dre' Bly, Detroit Lions - Started at cornerback and had one tackle and four pass deflections in the Lions' 19-13 victory over the Chicago Bears.
*Alge Crumpler, Atlanta Falcons - Not active.
*Ronald Curry, Oakland Raiders - Not active.
*Russell Davis, Arizona Cardinals - Started at nose tackle and had two tackles in the Cardinals' 24-21 loss to the Seahawks.
