Football Parking:
The men's basketball game against Gardner-Webb will cause only a slight alteration to normal football game parking for this Saturday's UNC Vs. Duke football game. Some lots will need to be cleared following football and all football game Charter buses will need to be cleared from Bowles Drive by 6 p.m.
In order to accommodate men's basketball parking permit holders, ALL football fans without valid men's basketball passes must clear from the following lots by 6:15 p.m. (towing WILL be enforced): Smith "Front Lot," Bowles Lot, Business School Deck, Koury Lot, Dean E. Smith Back Lot (4 p.m.), Manning Lot, Craige Deck, Public Safety Lot and Ramshead Deck.
Basketball Season Parking:
The Smith Center Lots and several other lots on south campus will be reserved for men's basketball permit holder parking beginning 6:15 p.m. The lots will include: Smith "Front Lot," Bowles Lot, Business School Deck, Koury Lot, Dean E. Smith Back Lot (4 p.m.), Manning Lot, Craige Deck, Public Safety Lot and Ramshead Deck.
Men's Basketball Public Parking will be available beginning 6 p.m. in the following lots for a cost of $7 per vehicle: Ramshead Deck, Dogwood Deck, Boshamer Lot, Cardinal Deck, Bell Tower Lot.
Chapel Hill Transit will operate the Tar Heel Express Shuttles from the regular season park and ride lots beginning 6:30 p.m. The cost is $5 round trip. Park and ride lots include: Friday Center Park and Ride, Jones Ferry Road, Southern Village, University Mall, Carolina Coffee Shop.
Disability Parking will be available in the Bowles Lot by public disability parking for $7 per vehicle beginning 6:30 p.m.
Charter Bus Parking will NOT be available at the Smith Center for this home men's basketball game. Additional events will make it impossible to accommodate men's basketball game Charter buses at the Smith Center.
