WEST LAFAYETTE, IND. - The University of North Carolina women's swimming team concluded competition Saturday in the NCAA Division I Women's Swimming & Diving Championships at Purdue University. Freshman Lindsey Marck had the best Tar Heel finish on Saturday as she placed 27th in the 200-yard butterfly with a time of 2:01.05.
North Carolina junior Lizzy Bruce was 40th in the 200-yard breaststroke at 2:18.55 and freshman Kelly Woodruff placed 49th in the 200-yard breaststroke in 2:21.77.
Kelly Woodruff also competed in the 1650-yard freestyle where she clocked a 16:59.79, which placed her 38th.
