Cook Named ACC Player of the Week

GREENSBORO, N.C. - Duke's Aaron Fenton was named this week's ACC Men's Lacrosse Player of the Week, while North Carolina's Jenn Cook earned ACC Women's Lacrosse Player of the Week honors.
Fenton, a senior goalkeeper, tallied 23 saves in leading the Blue Devils to victories over VMI and No. 5 Maryland. The Philadelphia, Pa., native allowed 13 goals as Duke outscored VMI 15-5 and Maryland 10-8.
Cook, a sophomore from Broomall, Pa., led the Tar Heels in a 9-8 victory over No. 9 Loyola and a 12-5 win over Mt. St. Mary's. Cook, a midfielder, scored one goal and recorded nine ground balls and forced three turnovers.
