Carolina returns to Atlantic Coast Conference action on Saturday afternoon when it visits NC State at Carter-Finley Stadium in Raleigh at noon. The game will be televised regionally by Jefferson-Pilot in a split feed.
The Tar Heels enter the game 0-2, 0-1 in the ACC after losing their season opener two weeks ago at Georgia Tech and losing to Wisconsin at home last Saturday night.
The Wolfpack is 1-1, 0-1 in the ACC, having lost its season opener at Virginia Tech and defeated Eastern Kentucky at home last week.
