CHAPEL HILL -- The football game between the University of North Carolina and NC State on November 18 will begin at noon at Kenan Stadium in Chapel Hill, the Atlantic Coast Conference announced on Monday. The game will be televised regionally by the Raycom/Lincoln Financial network.
