Ryan Kohart's family knew almost immediately what kind of memorial he would want: a lacrosse scholarship at North Carolina. In the year after his death, over $150,000 was raised for the Ryan Kohart Memorial Scholarship.

The current funding level for a full scholarship at Carolina is $200,000. Tar Heel fans can contribute to the fund by calling Sue Walsh at the Rams Club (919-843-2000) or by sending her an email. All donations, big or small, are welcome.
