Robella Named EAGL Gymnast of the Week for Third Straight Week

North Carolina senior Christine Robella has been named the East Atlantic Gymnastics League (EAGL) Gymnast of the Week for the week of Feb. 20 to Feb. 27. This is the fourth time this season that Robella has received this honor.
A native of Alexandria, Va., Robella, finished first in the all-around and led North Carolina to a win over Minnesota last week. Robella placed first on uneven bars (9.850), took second on beam (9.850) and tied for second on the floor exercise (9.750).
Carolina is back in action against Alabama on February 23 in Tuscaloosa. The meet is slated for a 7:30 pm start.
