Tar Heels Enter Last Day of Tournament Advancing Four

CHAPEL HILL, N.C.--Day two of the UNC Fall Invitational men's tennis tournament at Cone-Kenfield Tennis Center ended with four Tar Heels looking toward tomorrow with anxiousness and excitement, earning spots in championship matches. Seniors Will Plyler, Sandeep Daiya, David Ston, and Karl Wishart will resume play tomorrow with matches beginning at 9 a.m., seeking flight titles.
After defeating two ACC rivals today, Will Plyler will face Radford's nationally-ranked Martin Sayer in the A Flight Finals. Tar Heels Sandeep Daiya and David Stone face each other in the Finals of the B (Yellow) Flight Finals and Karl Wishart is set to play Davidson's Ethan Jaffe in the B (Green) Flight Finals.
Impressive play in both days of the singles tournament so far leaves the Tar Heels anxious to see the final outcomes of the UNC Fall Invitational Finals tomorrow. A total of 11 Tar Heels advanced past the first round of singles in the tournament.
