Carolina's Lauren Hunt Tied For 12th Place at Harder Hall

SEBRING, FLA. - Three University of North Carolina golfers are participating in the 53rd Harder Hall Women's Invitational. Lauren Hunt, a junior from Little River, S.C., is tied for 12th place after carding a six-over-par 78 in the first round. Senior Ann Laney, from Charlotte, N.C., shot an 81 and is tied for 27th place while junior Sydney Crane, from Jamestown, N.C., shot 85 and is tied for 50th.
The 72-hole event continues through Sunday and is being played at Harder Hall Country Club which features a par 72, 6,151-yard layout. Following the second round, players will be split into flights with the low 36 scores in the championship flight.
