Veteran Julius Peppers and rookie Hilee Taylor held the Saints to only seven points, in the Panthers' 30-7 win Sunday. Former Heels David Thornton and Alge Crumpler are members of the only unbeaten team in the NFL, as Tennessee defeated Kansas City 34-10.
Sam Aiken, New England - In his sixth year as a pro, wide receiver caught one pass for seven yards in 41-7 win over Denver.
Ethan Albright, Washington - 37-year-old veteran deep snapper helped Redskins slip past the Browns 14-11 Sunday.
Kentwan Balmer, San Francisco - Rookie defensive end played special teams in 29-17 loss to San Francisco.
Dre' Bly, Denver - 10-year veteran defensive back recorded two tackles in 41-7 loss to Patriots.
Jason Brown, Baltimore - Center anchored offensive line helping the Ravens rush for over 100 yards in 27-13 win over Miami.
Alge Crumpler, Tennessee-Veteran tight end caught two passes for 38 yards in 34-10 win over Kansas City, as the Titans move to 6-0.
Ronald Curry, Oakland-Veteran wide receiver helped guide the Raiders over the Jets in wild overtime 16-13 win Sunday.
Ebenezer Ekuban, Denver - Veteran defensive end, who missed all of 2007 season recovering from a torn Achilles tendon, recorded three tackles and a sack in 41-7 loss to New England.
Greg Ellis, Dallas - Veteran linebacker recorded five tackles and a sack in disappointing 34-14 loss to St. Louis Rams.
Madison Hedgecock, NY Giants - Fullback helped the Giants rush for over 100 yards in 29-17 win over San Francisco.
Vonnie Holliday, Miami - Veteran defensive end, entering 11th season in NFL, recorded seven tackles and a half sack in 27-13 loss to Baltimore.
Willie Parker, Pittsburgh - Experienced running back not active in Steelers' 38-10 win over Bengals due to sprained knee.

Jeff Reed, Pittsburgh - Veteran place kicker converted one field goal in big 38-10 win over Bengals.
Jeff Saturday, Indianapolis - Veteran center anchored offensive line in 34-14 loss to Green Bay.
Gerald Sensabaugh, Jacksonville -Safety, who returned from shoulder injury after missing 14 games in 2007, in bye week with Jacksonville.
Ryan Sims, Tampa Bay - Defensive tackle, in his seventh season in the NFL, did not record a tackle in 20-10 win over Seattle.
Hilee Taylor, Carolina - Rookie defensive end helped Panthers' defense defeat the Saints 30-7.
Jeb Terry - Offensive lineman waived by San Francisco August 2, 2008.
