Palmer Touts Tar Heels

ESPN analyst Jesse Palmer saw Carolina's early-season win over Rutgers in person, and the experience apparently stuck with him. On Sunday night's edition of ESPN's "College Football Live," Palmer picked the Tar Heels as the most underrated team in college football. He also said, "I think UNC is the best team in the ACC," and predicted Carolina would win the league and play in a BCS bowl.
Palmer cited the coaching of Butch Davis and Carolina's improved running attack as reasons for his pick.
