North Carolina And ECU Agree To Two-Year Football Series

Chapel Hill, N.C. - North Carolina and ECU have agreed to play a home-and-home football series in 2012 and 2013. North Carolina will play host to the Pirates on Sept. 22, 2012, in Kenan Stadium and will visit Greenville on Sept. 28, 2013.
The two schools will meet for the 14th overall time this Saturday when the Tar Heels travel to ECU. Carolina leads the series, 10-2-1.
"We look forward to facing ECU over the next two seasons," said UNC Director of Athletics Dick Baddour. "For a number of reasons, this is a good game for the state of North Carolina and it's an exciting game for fans of both institutions."
