Heels Scrimmage On Tuesday

Chapel Hill, N.C. - The Blue squad took a 4-0 lead and held on for a 4-3 win over Navy at Boshamer Stadium on a Tuesday afternoon that felt like the tropics.
Blue took a 1-0 lead in the first on a Grayson Atwood RBI out, then Tom Zengel's run-scoring single put them up 2-0 in the second. Blue scored two more in the fifth on the strength of three straight bunts. Navy picked up two runs in the sixth on consecutive sacrifice flies, then picked up an unearned run in the top of the seventh.
Seven pitchers threw on Tuesday: Benton Moss, Chris O'Brien, Kayden Porter, Mason McCullough, Trevor Kelley, Jack Geraghty and Matt Lowry.
Carolina will scrimmage agains on Wednesday and Thursday.
