Uniform For Belk Bowl Unveiled

Charlotte - The Belk Bowl is Carolina's 13th football game of the season and so it is only fitting that the Tar Heels will wear their 13th different uniform combination Saturday against Cincinnati. After a fan vote that whittled the uniform choices from six options down to two, UNC head coach Larry Fedora chose to go with a black helmet, Carolina blue jersey and Carolina blue pants.
The top two fan options were the same except for the color of the pants (blue vs. black). The #UNCBelkBowlUni fan vote recorded nearly 10,000 votes.
The Belk Bowl kicks off Saturday at 3:25 p.m and fans still have time to purchase their tickets.
