Campbell Named First Team Academic All-America

From Greensboro, N.C., Campbell earns his first Academic All-America selection after having all-district honors in both 2013 and 2014. He has started 13 games for the Tar Heels this season, contributing one goal and two assists.
Campbell owns a 3.94 grade-point-average as a business administration major.
Considered one of the top defenders in the country, Campbell was named third team All-ACC this season and being selected to the ACC's second team in 2013.
Campbell has been on the Dean's List every semester at Carolina, and has also landed on the ACC All-Academic Team in both 2012 and 2013.
North Carolina (14-5-1) has advanced to the third round of the NCAA Championship, and will visit seventh-seeded Clemson on Sunday, Nov. 30 at 6 p.m.
