CHAPEL HILL, N.C. - North Carolina cornerback Jabari Price was picked by the Minnesota Vikings in the seventh round of the 2014 NFL Draft. ?Price became the fifth Tar Heel selected in this year's draft.
A native of Pompano Beach, Florida, Price earned All-ACC honorable mention accolades in 2013 after starting all 13 games and finishing the season with 80 tackles, 4.5 tackles for loss, nine pass breakups, a forced fumble and a fumble recovery. ?He made six tackles and recovered a fumble in Carolina's win over Cincinnati in the Belk Bowl.
The Tar Heels matched their total of five picks from last season.
