Draws Announced For NCAA Men's Singles & Doubles

ATHENS, GA. - Draws were announced Tuesday morning for the 2014 NCAA Division I Men's Tennis singles and doubles tournaments at the University of Georgia's Dan Magill Tennis Complex.
Freshmen Brayden Schnur (Pickering, Ontario) and Ronnie Schneider (Bloomington, Ind.) will begin play in the NCAA singles championship on Wednesday. Schnur will combined with sophomore Brett Clark (Naples, Fla.) for doubles action on Thursday.
Wednesday's Singles
11:30 a.m. - Ronnie Schneider (North Carolina) vs. Lukas Ollert (Auburn)
12:00 p.m. - Brayden Schnur (North Carolina) vs. Alex Sarkissian (Pepperdine)
Thursday's Doubles
Time TBA - Brayden Schnur and Brett Clark (North Carolina) vs. Jordan Angus and Malte Stropp (Mississippi State)
NOTES HEADING INTO MATCHES
• Schnur is seeded 9-16 in the singles field. Schneider enters as unseeded and the UNC doubles team of Schnur and Clark is unseeded.
• Schnur is 19-4 this season in singles. Schneider is 34-8 in singles. Schnur and Clark are a combined 18-5 in doubles.
• Schnur is ranked 15th in the ITA singles rankings and will face Sakissian who is #28 in the rankings.
• Schneider is ranked 33rd in singles and will face the #52 ranked Ollert of Auburn.
• Clark and Schnur are ranked 25th in doubles and will go up against MSU's Angus and Stropp, currently #17 in the ITA rankings
