Ratliff, Tucker Sign Scholarship Agreements

CHAPEL HILL, N.C. - The University of North Carolina has signed scholarship agreements with two football student-athletes who will enroll in January, 2015, upon completion of their high school degree. They are quarterback Anthony Ratliff and athlete Carl Tucker.
Ratliff is 6-1, 195-pount dual threat quarterback from Matthews, North Carolina, where he attends Butler High School. In his first year as the starter in 2013, he helped lead the Bulldogs to an 11-win season and a spot in the 4-AA Western Regional final. He is ranked the No. 13 dual-threat quarterback in the country.
Tucker, a native of Cornelius, North Carolina, attends Hough High School. He is a versatile player who has seen playing time at wide receiver and tight end. Tucker is ranked the No. 4 tight end in the country by ESPN.com and the No. 9 player in North Carolina.
