NATIONAL RANKINGS
North Carolina is ranked No. 12 by the Associated Press and 10th in the coaches poll this week. Notre Dame is No. 7 in both polls.
STRONG RESUME
Carolina, Notre Dame and Tennessee are the only teams in the country with four wins over top-25 ranked teams in 2014-15. The Tar Heels picked up non-conference wins over UCLA, Oklahoma State, Stanford and Rutgers.
NEXT UP
UNC plays its next two games on the road, beginning with Sunday at Clemson at 2 p.m., followed by Thursday, Jan. 22 at NC State beginning at 7 p.m.
