CHAPEL HILL --- Winter weather has caused the relocation of North Carolina's weekend series against Rhode Island, and the two teams will now play at Francis Marion University in Florence, South Carolina. The series will begin with a doubleheader Friday at 11 a.m., with the final game set for 7 p.m. Saturday.

This weekend's change makes it eight consecutive home games affected by snow, ice and extreme temperatures. Last weekend's series with UCLA was moved to Orlando and midweek games against St. John's and Winthrop were canceled and postponed.

Tickets for this weekend's games at FMU are $8 for adults and $5 for students. UNC faculty, staff and students will be admitted at no cost with a UNC One Card. For directions to Sparrow Stadium, click here.
