Tar Heels Look To Bounce Back Against Coastal Carolina

Chapel Hill, N.C. - The University of North Carolina softball team returns home to Anderson Stadium on Thursday for a meeting with the Coastal Carolina Chanticleers at 4 p.m.
This will be the first game for the Tar Heels following their 9-4 loss on the road against USC Upstate, snapping a 10 game win streak.
Freshman Taylor Wike continues to perform with the poise of a senior, batting .411 and is second on the team in hits with 23. Lauren Walker is putting in a solid season as well in the designated player spot, batting .383 with two home runs and 12 RBI.
Scouting The Chanticleers
Coastal Carolina travels to Chapel Hill with a 12-12 record and has lost four of it's last five.
Coastal has played two ACC teams thus far in 2015, dropping decisions to Florida State and Virginia Tech.
The Tar Heels hold a 23-4 advantage all-time over the Chanticleers, but fell in their last meeting in 2014 3-0 in Conway, S.C.
