• The 32-point win was Carolina's largest win over the Yellow Jackets in Atlanta. The previous high was a 76-51 win on Feb. 25, 1981. It was UNC's largest overall win over Georgia Tech since 92-55 win on Jan. 24, 1987, in Chapel Hill
• Marcus Paige had a career high 6 steals and hit his 200th career three-pointer in the game.
• It was the first time all season that the only Tar Heels in double figures were freshmen—15 by Joel Berry II and 13 by Justin Jackson
• The three UNC freshmen shot a combined 13 of 21 from the floor.
• The Tar Heels won for first time in 2014-15 ACC play when Brice Johnson did not score in double figures (1-3). Johnson did grab nine boards & block four shots.
• Theo Pinson played for the first time since Wake Forest on Jan. 21, Luke Davis played his first game this season, Stilman White played for the first time since Dec. 27 vs. UAB and Spenser Dalton made UNC varsity debut.
• Joel Berry II had 14 total points in five games since Jan. 10th, but scored a season-high 15 tonight. He has 16 assists and five turnovers in the last six games.
• Justin Jackson had 13 points, five rebounds, three assists and zero turnovers. It is the first time this season he has scored in double figures in four straight games.
• The Tar Heels shot 53.1 percent from floor, the sixth time in 17 ACC games they'vs shot better than 50 percent. UNC 6-0 in those games.
• The Tar Heels finished ACC road play this year with a 6-3 record, marking the ninth time in 12 years Roy Williams has led UNC to winning mark in ACC road play.
• It was win number 745 for Roy Williams, putting him one behind Phog Allen for 15th place all-time. He is now 64-35 in ACC away games.
