Former Tar Heels Competing at Fuccillo Kia Championship

ALBANY, N.Y. – Casey Grice shot 4-under and Katherine Perry had a hole-in-one at the Fuccillo Kia Championship on Friday. Grice, Perry and Catherine O'Donnell are former Tar Heels competing in the Symetra Tour tournament this weekend.
Grice started the round with two straight birdies on Nos. 1 and 2. Grice had a bogey on No. 5, but offset it with another birdie on 8 to finish the front nine at 2-under. Grice had another 2-under outward nine to finish the round 4-under, 67 and is tied for fifth.
Catherine O'Donnell finished the round at 1-under-par 70 today. She birdied her final hole to get down to 1-under. She carded four birdies and three bogeys in her 18 holes. She goes into tomorrow's round tied for 22nd.
Katherine Perry scored a hole-in-one on the par-3 fourth hole. Perry also had a birdie and three bogeys to finish the day at even par. She's tied for 42nd going into tomorrow's round.
Grice will tee off at 8:47 a.m., O'Donnell at 8:25 a.m., and Perry will go off at 8:03 a.m. You can follow the former Tar Heel standouts online.
