Countdown To Kickoff: Week 2

CHAPEL HILL—As Tar Heel fans everywhere count down the days to the 2015 season opener on September 3 in Charlotte against South Carolina, GoHeels.com is satisfying its football itch with the Countdown to Kickoff campaign.
Each week leading into the opener, GoHeels TV is featuring free replays of key Tar Heel wins from recent seasons. This week, it's the 2012 win over North Carolina State.
Tar Heel fans may remember Giovani Bernard's 74-yard punt return for the go-ahead touchdown with 13 seconds left, capping off a rally to win 43-35 over the Wolfpack. "I still can't believe it," Bernard said after the game. "I'm still shaking right now."
Bernard finished with 135 yards rushing for two scores, eight catches for 95 yards and the punt return touchdown.
For a limited time through Saturday, both the full game replay and condensed game clips (normally premium items for GoHeels TV subscribers) for the win over North Carolina State will be free. We'll unveil a new Countdown to Kickoff game each week until the season opener in Charlotte.
