Tar Heel Golf To Host Executive Cup on November 6

The University of North Carolina men's and women's golf programs will play host to the annual A.E. Finley Executive Cup on Friday, November 6, 2015, at UNC Finley Golf Course.
The golf tournament will be played in the morning with dinner to follow that evening. The event is one day before the UNC football team plays host to Duke at Kenan Stadium.
Invitations to play in the Executive Cup will be sent in September.
The Executive Cup provides funding for an endowment from which both golf teams draw upon to help with travel and other team expenses.
The Finley family has been an integral supporter of Tar Heel Golf for many years. In addition to providing funds for the original construction of the golf course and facilities, Mr. Finley's estate has funded the annual trophy given to the tournament winners and the banquet held after competition.
An annual event since 1976, the Executive Cup is an opportunity for Carolina golf supporters to play with past and present Tar Heel golfers, coaches and University officials.
