SERIES HISTORY
Carolina owns a 49-42 edge in the “Battle of the Blues” series with the Blue Devils. UNC swept the season series in 2014, but Duke did the same in 2015.
LAST TIME OUT
Despite 24 points and 13 rebounds from Stephanie Watts, UNC lost 75-63 at Wake Forest on Thursday. Watts registered her fourth double-double of her rookie season, Jamie Cherry added 18 for the Tar Heels. Elisa Penna was instrumental in Wake Forest picking up its first ACC win with 18 points for the Demon Deacons.

Carolina's road trip continues at NC State on Jan. 31 in Raleigh. The Tar Heels return home on Feb. 4 against Louisville for a 7 p.m. tip-off.
