Carolina owns a 33-10 edge in the all-time series with the Hokies. UNC has won the last two meetings and six of the last seven games since 2010-11. The Tar Heels topped No. 7 FSU, 71-63, last season in Chapel Hill.
LAST TIME OUT
Stephanie Watts had 18 points and eight rebounds, while Destinee Walker had 17 points. Hillary Summers notched her seventh double-double with 13 points and 11 rebounds and Jamie Cherry had 15 points and five assists in the win over Virginia Tech. Carolina made 7-of-8 free throws in the final 44 seconds to secure the win over the Hokies after leading by as many as 19 points in the third quarter.
