SERIES HISTORY
NC State has a 52-49 lead in the most played series in ACC women's basketball history. UNC has won the last five meetings in Chapel Hill and is 27-5 against the Wolfpack going back to 2001-02. The Pack did snap an eight-game losing streak to the Tar Heels on Jan. 31 with a 79-48 win earlier this season in Raleigh.
LAST TIME OUT
Pitt jumped out to a big first-half lead and went on to post a 76-60 victory Carolina on Thursday night. Freshman Destinee Walker registered double figures for the sixth-straight outing with a game-high 20 points, while reigning ACC Rookie of the Week Stephanie Watts scored 16 points. Hillary Summers added 13 points.
