Whaley, Perry, O'Donnell Make Cut At Symetra Classic

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Kelly Whaley, Katherine Perry and Catherine O'Donnell made the cut of 70 at the Symetra Classic on Saturday. Whaley is the first amateur exemption to make the cut in the tournament's history.

Whaley fired a 3-under 69 on Saturday to reach 1-under for the tournament. Whaley had four birdies to just one bogey in the second round. She's tied for 36th.

Catherine O'Donnell and Katherine Perry are tied for 20th at 2-under par for the tournament. O'Donnell aslo posted a 69 in Saturday with four birdies and one bogeys. Katherine Perry was even on the day.

The third and final round of the tournament will be played tomorrow.
