Heels Wrap Up First Weekend Of Scrimmages

Chapel Hill, NC- The Blue squad scored a run in the bottom of the eighth and final inning to take a 7-6 win over Navy on a chilly Sunday afternoon at Boshamer Stadium.
The two squads combined for 14 total hits, with Brian Miller and Tyler Lynn the only two players to have multiple base hits. Miller was 3-5 with a triple, while Lynn was 2-4 with a two-run home run.
Luca Dalatri and Rodney Hutchison were the starters. Taylor Sugg, Robbie Peto and Teddy Sabato threw in relief.
Carolina will hold its next scrimmage on Tuesday.
