
Tar Heels To Face UNCW in Second Round of NCAA Championship

Chapel Hill, N.C. – The North Carolina Tar Heels will take on UNCW in the second round of the NCAA Tournament on Sunday, Nov. 19 at 7 p.m. ET at WakeMed Soccer Park. UNCW defeated Presbyterian 1-0 in OT in the first round of the tournament on Thursday.
History with UNCW
The Tar Heels are 10-4-2 all-time against UNCW and 3-2 since Carlos Somoano took over in 2009. The two teams met earlier this year when the Seahawks handed the Tar Heels its first defeat of the season, 1-0, in Wilmington.

Tickets are available for purchase at GoHeels.com, and are $10 for adults and $5 for students and seniors. The first 300 UNC students with valid a UNC One Card will receive free entry to the game. Gates will open at 6 p.m. ET.
