November 25, 2019 | Football
CHAPEL HILL – The Carolina Football program has added UConn to the 2020 schedule to replace Old Dominion. The game will be played in Chapel Hill on Saturday, Nov. 7. This will mark the fourth match-up between the Tar Heels and Huskies. Carolina won the three previous games in 1990, 2008 and '09.
With this addition, Carolina's 2020 opponents are set. UNC will open the season at UCF on Thursday, Sept. 3 or Friday, Sept. 4 followed by a neutral-site match-up with Auburn in Atlanta on Saturday, Sept. 12 as part of the Chik-fil-A Kickoff Game series. The first home game of the season will be on Saturday, Sept. 19 when the Tar Heels will host James Madison.
In conference, Carolina will host Georgia Tech, NC State, Pitt and Virginia Tech and will play Boston College, Duke, Miami and Virginia on the road.
Fans who don't currently have season tickets can secure their seats for every home game in 2020. Don't miss your chance to be in Kenan Stadium by placing your $150 new season ticket deposit today. To be clear, these deposits are available for anyone who DID NOT have season tickets in 2019.
Seat locations will be assigned after our priority deadline based on Rams Club priority points or date of purchase for non-Rams Club members. Pricing will be determined by seat location.
2019 season ticket holders will receive information at a later date on how to renew their seats for the 2020 season.
