Tar Heels And Hokies Move Game Friday To 1 P.M.

CHAPEL HILLÂ - Due to the impending weather expected to hit the area on Friday evening, the Virginia Tech baseball team has altered the start time for its ACC home opener against No. 8 North Carolina. The Friday opener at English Field at Union Park was originally slated for 6 p.m., but will now move to a 1 p.m. first pitch. The other games of the series - Saturday, 3 p.m. and Sunday, 1 p.m. - have remained the same.
