Tar Heels Earn 6-2 Comeback Win over UNCG

GREENSBORO, N.C. – Despite falling behind 0-2 in the first inning, North Carolina rallied to a 6-2 win over UNCG Wednesday night in Greensboro, North Carolina.
The Spartans scored first on two-run double in the first. However, UNC fought back scoring three runs in the third and fifth innings, highlighted by Kiani Ramsey's second home run of the season to earn the win.
The Tar Heels improve to 31-15 on the season while UNCG falls to 25-19. Carolina wraps up ACC play at Louisville for a three-game series Friday through Sunday.

» UNCG jumped on the board in the first inning on a two-run double to center from Stephanie Bryden.
» After a scoreless second inning, Carolina took a 3-2 lead on a three-run shot by Kiani Ramsey to right. Leah Murray singled and Kristina Burkhardt reached on a hit-by-pitch before Ramsey cleared the park with her second home run this season.
