Men's Basketball Opens With Alabama in the Bahamas

Battle 4 Atlantis Nov. 27-29
The University of North Carolina men's basketball team will face Alabama on day one of the 2019 Bad Boy Mowers Battle 4 Atlantis Nov. 27 in the Bahamas. Tipoff is scheduled for 2:30 p.m.

UNC-Alabama is the second of four games on day one of action at the Atlantis resort on Paradise Island.

Iowa State and Michigan begin play at noon, Gonzaga and Southern Miss tip in the opposite side of the bracket at 7 p.m. and Oregon-Seton Hall wrap up the day at 9:30 p.m.

The UNC-Alabama and Michigan-Iowa State winners meet on Thanksgiving Day at 1:30 p.m. The championship game is set for Friday at 2 p.m.

All games will be televised on the ESPN family of networks and will be available to stream via the ESPN app.

This is Carolina's second appearance in the Battle 4 Atlantis. UNC defeated UCLA and Florida after losing a first-round game to Butler in November 2014.
